DM Designs can also provide Mechanical Engineering drawings to latest British Standards for manufacturing/costing purposes. DM Designs has extensive knowledge of producing 2D/3D CAD drawings and associated Bills Of Materials.
How much for our buidling design service?
As with our service, our fees can be tailored to suit your requirements, we can provide quotations for work based either on an agreed hourly rate, fixed fee. Being a small company we only have small overheads, therefore we are very competitive with our pricing and are happy to discuss and negotiate.

Trained formally in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, with more than 15 years professional experience of the building industry, both commercial and residential and vehicle industries covering all aspects of draughting and design. I have extensive knowledge of Fire & Smoke engineering working across the UK and Asia, working on some of the Uk’s biggest projects through to small residential houses. Also worked as part of a small team designing Bus and Coaches for a leading manufacturer.
