| Mr & Mrs Brown required further space on the ground floor to accommodate an office to enable Mr Brown to work from home, however there was not much room to extend to the rear of the property. DM Designs worked closely with Mr & Mrs Brown and designed a side extension which fully complied with the local planning authority and also satisfied current building regulations. |

| By simply making an opening through the side of the house, this allowed for access into the office area but also opened up a small room which has allowed for an improved layout. |
