We found Danny very helpful and very responsive with everything we needed from him – I ask alot of questions – im trained to do that – and Danny always helped me understand the process and answer our questions. If we needed to speak urgently or see him urgently he accommodated us every time. We are very happy with the level of service, professionalism and friendliness Danny gave us.

Would definitely use him again and recommend him to any friends or family.

I don’t think we realised just how much we were taking on, doing the loft and the kitchen back to back over 3 months or so, it was pretty stressful especially when we get back from holiday in August, after the guys had 2 weeks on their own, pulling the walls down and fitting the steels, etc. However we got over it once everything was complete and especially once we moved into the loft in early October.
We have certainly benefited from the open plan set up downstairs, especially at Christmas and we now fully appreciate your advice to remove the back wall as well, rather than the plan that we initially had. It has transformed our day to day lives having that space around us.

The service was friendly, professional and always took your ideas into consideration. The service was excellent. My builder commented that the quality of the plans and additional information was excellent and some of the best plans he’s seen for a long time. This makes the work go more smoothly.
Help and advice was no trouble and quick questions were soon answered. A very professional service, friendly and a positive experience.
