About Danny Manns

Danny Manns started his design career working as part of a small team designing bus/coaches and ambulances for a leading manufacturer. He is formally trained in engineering/architectural draughting and mechanical & electrical engineering and has over 20 years professional experience of the architectural/building industry, both commercial and residential. He has gained extensive knowledge of Fire & Smoke engineering and project designing and has managed some of the UK’s largest projects such as Canary Wharf, Bluewater Shopping Centre in Dartford and more prestige contracts such as Buckingham Palace & Kensington palace.

Danny gained valuable experience within this industry whilst working in both China and Germany. As owner and Architectural Technician of DM Designs Danny has built vast knowledge in all aspects of residential extensions from new builds & redesigns through to loft conversions. He has also obtained a recognised qualification in Interior design which helps him to look at not only the build of the project but the aesthetics and usability of the finished build.

DM Designs was proud to be shortlisted for the Portsmouth Design Society Awards 2017 which is a recognised design accreditation within Portsmouth & Hampshire.
